OFMSW

The treatment of OFMSW (Organic Fraction of Municipal Solid Waste) also refers to Italian Legislative Decree no.152/06.  

Like agricultural waste, OFMSW can be used in biogas plants. 

We have been working in this field for a long time and have gained in-depth knowledge of the processes involved, from pressing to digestate treatment and electricity generation, so we are able to guarantee efficiency, professionalism and low plant management costs.

Biogas becomes a fit substitute for natural gas following purification (desulphurization) and transformation into biomethane.

With a Biogas plant, the problem of wastewater management and OFMSW is solved, obtaining a clean and low-carbon fuel that can:

• • Be used as car fuel;
• • Be placed in the national distribution network;
• • Be transported if its use is not necessary on site.

It also contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas production.
